Her colors were rich deep plum, brown, olive green & champagne. All her flower girls made adorable little princesses and the ring bearer wore a brown suit with olive green tie. Bridesmaids walked down the aisle in long flowing plum dresses with shawls.
Following the official I DO’s over a 100 guests dined on French pork loin with a Lindor Truffle for a favor. The reception that evening was spectacular with beautiful topiary Northampton arrangements of wrought iron candle sticks with ivory roses, plum lilies, mini callas and olive green poms and accented with brown monkey tail.
We used the beautiful upgraded toppers in plum and highlighted the stain glass windows with large rod iron candle holders. She even had a trousseau of her favorite china and dish patterns displayed amongst her photos done by Chris Adams Photography.
One of the unique features of Melissa & Roberts wedding was their three tiered wedding cake with ribbon fondant in champagne & chocolate brown. Notice the way that our cake designer used a pedestal to display her cake topper.
Melissa chose Suspended in Time to preserve her wedding floral memories forever by having her wedding bouquet preserved and mounted in a spectacular frame. This wedding was a spectacular affair from start to finish. This was a perfect way to start out the New Year here at Northampton House. |
