A breath taking display of fall colors adorned Charles and Mariah’s wedding on October 25^th.

Fall has come to Northampton House. Utah's premiere reception center is on fire!   

You have probably heard by now that the Northampton House has the finest catering in Utah. 

This event will be a tale to tell for a long time. This subtle Beauty and the Beast theme made this a spectacular event. The floating single rose centerpieces had the guests in awe and the complimentary colors of red and black, really set this event apart from all the rest.

More theme weddings to add to the list. The mardi gras beads and masks made for a fun and unique theme to bring to a Utah wedding. They added a variety of bright colors and textures to the event, and made it very memorable for the bride and groom and the guests. Another idea to add to the growing list of theme weddings.

Roses have always been associated with love. Rose vines growing on white marble columns, evokes the grandeur of a stately colonial manor house. Imagine a romantic evening on such a veranda, with scent of roses wafting thru the moonlight. 

I am always amazed at how brides just pick colors that most wouldn't and somehow they just turn out beautiful.  Whether whimsical or classic color schemes are important.  Melissa chose burnt orange!  While some would think, "What?!" I was amazed with the result. 

While looking for antique vanities for the brides room, we found the most wonderful art noveau mirror at Kennard’s Antiques. The graceful natural flowing lines and asymmetry of the hand carved wood perfectly frame the bride as she looks into the mirror.

Colors, themes and all sorts of neat things. Photobooths and bird cages made this vintage themed wedding one to remember for the bride and groom and their guests.

Almost everyone enjoys chocolate at a wedding!  It is certainly one of the favorite desserts amongst our staff here at Northampton House! Our chef has so many mouth-watering catering options that include chocolate: chocolate mousse cake, eclairs, brownies, chocolate pie. . .you name it, we can make it!  So go ahead and indulge in just a little chocolate on your big day!

Our gorgeous gardens will make for the perfect setting to any reception, ceremony or bridal portait session. With their abundant colors, variety of flowers and detailed structures, they will leave your guests in awe, and give you that unique touch that no other reception center in the valley can offer.

So every mother looks forward to the day when her own daughter finds that perfect man of her dreams and falls in love. Such was the case when my daughter Noelle said yes to her engagement to Trent Jeppson.  The ring is on her finger and the magic begins. . .

Gerbera daisies are one of the most popular flowers in the country!  They are especially popular for fall because of the vibrant colors.  This particular wedding showcased gerber daisies in beautiful bright reds and golds.  They make lovely bouquets and a wonderful alternative for boutonnieres.
